جامع الترمذي#1349Sahihحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لأَهْلِهَا أَوْ مِيرَاثٌ لأَهْلِهَا " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ وَابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ .
Samurah narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:"The lifelong gift is permitted for its inhabitant" or:"is an inheritance for its inhabitant
