Sunan an-Nasa'i 4949
سنن النسائي#4949Hasan chainأَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ، قَالَ لاَ يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ .
It was narrated that Ayman said:"The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield." (Daif Mawquf)
