Sunan an-Nasa'i 4738
سنن النسائي#4738Da'ifأَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .
It was narrated that Samurah said:"The Prophet said: 'Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him
