Sunan an-Nasa'i 3774
سنن النسائي#3774Sahihأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ وَلاَ بِالطَّوَاغِيتِ " .
It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Samurah that the Prophet said:"Do not swear by your forefathers or by false gods (At-Tawaghit)
