سنن النسائي#2671SahihIt was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said; "I heard the Prophet delivering a khutbah and he said:'Pants (are allowed) for one who cannot find an Izar, and Khuffs for one who cannot find sandals to wear in Ihram.;;
