صحيح مسلم#1408Sahihوَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مَعْنٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:One should not combine in marriage a woman with her father's sister, or her mother's sister
