وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ، كَثِيرًا يَقُولُ كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَقُولُ عَجَبًا لِلْعَمَّةِ تُورَثُ وَلاَ تَرِثُ .
