سنن ابن ماجه#842Da'ifAbu Idris Al-Khawlani narrated that a man asked Abu Darda’:“Should I recite when the Imam is reciting?” He said: “A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ) whether there was recitation in every prayer. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Yes.’ A man among the people said: ‘It has become obligatory.’”
