Sunan Ibn Majah 3066
سنن ابن ماجه#3066Da'ifحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَهَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ لَمْ يُرَخِّصِ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لأَحَدٍ يَبِيتُ بِمَكَّةَ إِلاَّ لِلْعَبَّاسِ مِنْ أَجْلِ السِّقَايَةِ .
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:“The Prophet (ﷺ) did not allow anyone to stay overnight in Makkah apart from ‘Abbas, for the purpose of supplying water to the pilgrims.”
