سنن ابن ماجه#2853Sahih‘Amr bin Shu’aib narrated from his father that his grandfather said:“There is no awarding of the spoils after the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), rather whatever the army acquires (of spoils of war) will be distributed among strong and weak alike.”
