سنن ابن ماجه#2739Da'ifIt was narrated that ‘Ali bin Abu Talib said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that the sons from the same mother inherit from one another, but not sons from different mothers. A man inherits from his full brother from the same father and mother, but not his brothers from his father.”
