Sunan Ibn Majah 2663
سنن ابن ماجه#2663Hasanحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .
It was narrated from Samurah bin Jundab that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates (his slave) we will mutilate him.”
