Sunan Ibn Majah 2645
سنن ابن ماجه#2645Sahihحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْقَاتِلُ لاَ يَرِثُ " .
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that :the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The killer does not inherit.”
