سنن ابن ماجه#2466Da'ifIt was narrated that Rafi` bin Khadij said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever cultivates people`s land without their permission, he has no right to any produce, but he should be recompensed for his expenditure.' ”
