سنن أبي داود#57Hasanحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ لاَ يَرْقُدُ مِنْ لَيْلٍ وَلاَ نَهَارٍ فَيَسْتَيْقِظُ إِلاَّ تَسَوَّكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ .
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Prophet (ﷺ) did not get up after sleeping by night or by day without using the tooth-stick before performing ablution
