سنن أبي داود#4357Da'ifحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، بِهَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ قَالَ فَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ حَتَّى ضُرِبَ عُنُقُهُ وَمَا اسْتَتَابَهُ .
The tradition mention above has also been transmitted by Abu Musa through a different chain if narrators. But there is no mention of demand of repentance
