سنن أبي داود#3207Sahihحَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ - عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمَيِّتِ كَكَسْرِهِ حَيًّا " .
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Breaking a dead man's bone is like breaking it when he is alive
