سنن أبي داود#3085Sahihحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " .
Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: A fifth is payable on buried treasure
