سنن أبي داود#3081Da'ifحَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارِ بْنِ بِلاَلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُمَيْعٍ - حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ عَقَدَ الْجِزْيَةَ فِي عُنُقِهِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal: He who put the necklace of jizyah in his neck abandoned the way followed by the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
