سنن أبي داود#3053Da'ifحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ جِزْيَةٌ " .
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Jizyah is not to be levied on a Muslim
