سنن أبي داود#2911Sahihحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ شَتَّى " .
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: people of two different religions would not inherit from one another
